Services
Hearing Testing
Our comprehensive hearing evaluations use advanced diagnostic methods to identify hearing loss severity and frequency-specific impairments. We conduct audiometry, tympanometry, and speech testing in sound-treated environments to create detailed audiograms. These assessments help determine whether hearing aids or alternative treatments would provide the most benefit, establishing personalized baselines for future monitoring.
Hearing Aid Fitting
We ensure optimal hearing aid performance through precise customization using Real Ear Measurement technology. Our specialists program devices to match individual hearing profiles while providing training on maintenance, battery management, and connectivity features. The process includes earmold impressions and multiple adjustment sessions to guarantee comfort and effectiveness across various listening environments.
Hearing Aid Repair
Our technicians handle both in-office repairs and manufacturer warranty processing for all hearing aid brands. Services include component replacement, moisture damage restoration, and software updates. We offer same-day clean-and-check appointments to maintain device functionality and extend equipment lifespan through preventive maintenance programs.
Hearing Protection
We provide specialized hearing protection solutions for industrial workers, musicians, and recreational users. Our custom-molded earplugs maintain situational awareness while reducing harmful noise exposure. Bluetooth-enabled options allow communication in loud environments, and SoundGear products combine protection with wireless audio streaming capabilities for enhanced safety and convenience.
Cochlear Implants
We evaluate candidates for cochlear implantation through comprehensive audiological assessments and medical history reviews. Our specialists explain surgical requirements, FDA eligibility criteria, and post-implantation therapy protocols. We coordinate care with ENT surgeons and provide ongoing support for device programming and auditory rehabilitation following the procedure.

They sold my father in law a pair of hearing aids that were not meant for his hearing tone. He had trouble with them for more then two years... multiple appointments to get them tuned over and over again. At his last appointment they told him these hearing aids wouldn't work for his hearing loss. He was completely taking advantage of given his age, he wasted $3500, which is alot of money for someone on a fixed income. And then they told him he wanted them even though they told him they wouldn't work for him. WHO THE HELL BUYS SOMETHING THAT WOULDN'T WORK FOR THEM. AND WHY WOULD YOU SELL SOMEONE

I have had a very good experience using Best Care Hearing. I got my hearing aids through zip hearing and they referred me to them. I have worn hearing aids for 22 years, and Larry Trueblood is the best audiologist Ive ever had. He is passionate and knowledgeable about what he does and really cares about how I am experiencing the sound and comfort of the hearing aids. I have always felt welcome, comfortable, and safe there and found out more about my hearing, ear drum health, and hearing aids in such a short amount of time thanks to Larrys attentiveness to detail and thoroughness!
