We saw David couple of week ago to try and help my MIL with her hearing loss. She has brought her hearing aids from overseas and was complaining all the time about not feeling comfortable using them.
David was so patient during the hearing exam and explained every step of it. He discovered that her hearing aids weren't properly set up, and was able to fix it within a few minutes. I am so grateful that my MIL can hear again!

This is a follow up review on Sage Hearing Solutions. Over two years ago, I described my extremely positive experience working with David and Jaimie King to fit me with my first set of hearing aids. Two and a half years later I am still completely satisfied. They have always been available through the adjustment period to answer my questions and make changes. Incredible caring, compassion , honesty and help...and did I mention caring?! We discovered my former, nationwide hearing aid company (dealt with 9 years) had charged me for "new" high-quality hearing aids, as the contract stated, while giving me reconditioned lower-quality ones. We needed to find someone we could trust and are SO thankful we found David and his wife Jamie, at Sage Hearing Solutions! David was visibly upset at the way we'd been treated, advised us of what we should do, and promised to help me hear the best he could, with the best-quality hearing aids we could afford. He is patient, clear, and complete in explaining the choices available to help clients experience the best hearing possible. I trust his advice. I cant think of a higher compliment to pay David.
