What do we charge? We are an out of network, cash pay practice, which means that our providers do not accept insurance for office visits. Payment in full is expected at the time of every visit. You are welcome to request a super bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Initial appointments are scheduled for 2 hours and are prorated depending on the provider's hourly rate.
