While barre has its origins in ballet, no dance experience is needed - you'll perform low impact/high repetition movements, alternating between standing at the barre and mat-based exercises. Our vinyasa yoga classes will have you exploring awareness and mindfulness, building strength, and exploring the potential of moving with your breath.

While barre has its origins in ballet, no dance experience is needed, and all levels of fitness experience are welcome in this class. Alternating between standing at the barre and mat-based exercises, our barre class consists of low impact/high repetition movements, with small isometric exercises to sculpt your arms, abdominals, and legs.

We are generally open when classes are in session - feel free to stop in during these hours and browse our retail offerings, or ask our friendly staff about our class offerings! We are located in the Fairmount Neighborhood of Philadelphia, on the corner of 20th & Green Street. Our accessible entrance is on the 20th Street side going north.
