I can't speak to their products, as I contacted them by mistake, but their customer service is excellent. I mistakenly sent them a support request email intended for another company where they not only replied(politely explaining my mistake) but gave me a phone call to make sure that I was aware of the mistake and not wasting time waiting for a response from the wrong people.
