Stick-on moxa: It's that really great smelling stuff that gets burned on you in the office. It is super calming, and is used to improve immunity, calm anxiety, reduce pain, and so much more. Press-tacks: Those tiny acupressure stickers Susanna sometimes put on your body at the end of a treatment. They are tiny micro-needles on a band-aid that can stay on for a week!

Cupping therapy uses jar-like cups, which attach to your skin via suction. The vacuum action of cupping rapidly facilitates the release of rigid soft tissues, stimulates the peripheral nervous system, loosens and lifts connective tissues, breaks up and drains stagnation. It also increases blood and lymph flow to skin, muscles, and connective tissues.

East-Asian Medicine, also called Chinese Medicine or Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), is the medical system that was developed in China over 3,000 years ago. Most people associate East-Asian Medicine with acupuncture and herbal medicine, however, the medicine encompasses much more than that!
It also includes moxibustion, cupping, guasha, topical herbal linaments, auricular acupuncture + seed therapy, acupressure, nutritional counseling + lifestyle recommendations, as well as Tui-Na (massage) and Qi Gong (exercise).East-Asian Medicine looks at your body as a whole entity, meaning that your emotions and thoughts affect your physical body and vice-versa.
