Wendy worked as a specialist in cardiology and oncology in China before she retired from China in 2001. She studied both Western and Traditional Chinese medicine and practice these medicines through her 30+ years of medicine career. She is a licensed Oriental Medicine practitioner in Pennsylvania since 2004.
Wendy's extensive experience in medicine let her understand that just Western medicine alone is not enough to keep us thriving to the fullest of our life. She uses the best of Eastern medicine to produce the best results for her clients. Today many health insurance companies cover the cost of acupuncture treatments. We accept some major insurances including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, United Health Care, Veterans Affairs, Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation cases. Each of these insurers offer different plans to choose from, some of which include acupuncture benefits and some of which may not, but we will help you find out if your plan covers our services.
