The Samurai is located near the southwest corner of the Eubank and Montgomery Boulevard in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The restaurant is encompassed by rice-paper windows and screens. A small wooden bridge over a trickling stream divides the interior of Samurai into two separate dining sections: a Teppan grill areal and the sushi bar.
The restaurant seats 100 people in the theater of lively Teppan grill room and 60 people at the quiet sushi bar. The area has plenty of parking spaces around the restaurant. Samurai is open year-round except on Memorial day and New year's day. I could eat here everyday! I love sushi, have been to a lot of different sushi houses in Albuquerque and Samurai is the best by far! I moved here from CA and thought I'd never find fresh fish in the desert. The service is great, love sitting at the bar and watching the chefs create art with food. A fun place to bring a date!
