We have dined at RP several times and the last 2 times have gotten progressively worse. On Dec 23, the service was subpar at best but the food was good(not great as we had previously experienced), so we chalked it up to holiday stress and busyness. In January, the food was a huge disappointment and the service subpar again. My filet was not cooked properly, so the server took it and had it put back on the grill. This not only dried it out but also rendered it even more flavorless than before. At these prices, we would expect an improperly cooked piece of meat to be replaced as to not jeopardize

This Restaurant Is The Previous, River Palm Terrace Of Mawah. Many Restaurants Today Suffer A Quality Problem. The Place Was Busy, Overall I Rated The Food B- Steak Has No Flavor, Not Worth $55+, I Had NY Strip 17 Oz.The Quality Both Of The Restaurants Are Sub Par, RP And River Palm. If You Want Premium Prime Steak Few Options In Bergen County. The Appetizers Are Not Worth The Price.

Terrible service . I went there to celebrate the holidays with my cousin. The waiter was the rudest person I have ever experienced. I asked for the specials I was asked to read them myself as they were on the menu? On asking about potential substitution I was turned down without even checking with the kitchen. Food was average but service was pathetic

We went there last night for dinner. Our reservation was Dec. 11th at 7:30pm. (In case the owners would like to check the cameras) Don't go there if you want a nice quiet dinner! Let's start with the valet. They don't even open your door, or at least the door for a lady! You had to stand in the rain and wait for your car, as there was nowhere dry to wait. It was so loud inside you couldn't hear what anyone was saying at your own table, you had to yell just to order your food. They brought us bread, nice, but a bus boy then took our bread plate and knives, so we couldn't even eat it! It was busy
