Meet Ralph Colantuono, owner and Executive Chef at Granita Grille Restaurant who has has been serving the locals of Westwood, NJ, for over 22 years. Ralph, born in Naples, Italy and raised in Brooklyn NY later took his culinary career from Manhattan NYC to the beautiful downtown district of Westwood, New Jersey.
In 1998, Ralph and his wife Julie established their family-owned business that specializes in making authentic Italian dishes in Westwood, NJ. Ralph has used generations of family recipes and techniques to create the homemade Italian meals that so many loyal customers keep coming back for.
