Flex Personal Training Gym
A membership is not required to workout with a personal trainer at Flex. All our personal trainers are independent-they each have their own style and technique of personal training. We offer a beginner's program, extreme weight loss program, strength and conditioning, core training, circuit training, sport-specific training, bodybuilding, and pre-competition training.

We provide the best and most experienced personal training in Seattle, centrally located with ample street parking.

Unlike the experience of training at a larger corporate gym, there is no "hard-sell" at FLEX. Memberships are not required - client progress, not profit, drives the business. FLEX removes all of the intimidation and pressure from the fitness experience. FLEX believes that fitness, above all else, is about improving the quality of your life.
Rates

Each session runs an hour in length. There is no membership fee, or any other fees. Unlike other gyms, you can pay as you go at FLEX-there is no big sign-up to get our special. Your training with us also includes a diet and cardio program-everything will be laid out for you. Generally our clients book 2 to 3 sessions a week to obtain their fitness goals.
