We are happy to inform you that all our instructors are fully qualified and certified by the District of Columbia Department of Motor Vehicles. Our driving instructors are patient, well trained and committed to provide you with the quality service you deserve. Most importantly, we are very enthusiastic about establishing personal relationships with all our students.

We offer various driving package options in order to meet the needs of students with different levels of experience. 15% off for regular road test vehicle usage if you already booked 10 hours or more behind the wheel training. This offer applies only for a regular-priced services. 15% off for the additional hours if you already booked for 10 hours behind the wheel training.

Ethio Star Driving School has successfully completed all the requirments and is certified by the District of Columbia Department of Motor Vehicles as a third party road test examiner. The requirements are the same, including when you are eligible to take the road test, the number of times you may take the test, vehicle requirements, cancellation policies and fees.

In order to register for this service, you need to have a valid learner's permit or driving license issued by any state of the United States. Ethio Star Driving School offers driving instruction designed to prepare you for the challenges of driving, avoid aggressive drivers and observe road signs and laws.

If you already have a road test appointment with the DC DMV, Ethio Star Driving School will provide you a vehicle that meets all the requirements for your road test. If you need a 30 minutes or one hour refreshment lesson before the test, our professional instructors are very happy to assist you. Bring your 40 hour certification of Eligibility for Provisional License form if you are under 21 years old.
