For the last 20 Years, The Baseball Center NYC has introduced and guided players through its Multi-Tiered Training Program (Indoor and On-Field) with the mission of creating quality Recreational League, Travel Ball, and High School Baseball Players. We use a framework that builds upon itself as the player grows, their skill-set improves and gameplay becomes more competitive.
When appropriate, this framework allows athletes who show a high level aptitude to begin an "Advanced Track" allowing them to direct more time and energy to training and competition.

Little Leaguers

LITTLE LEAGUERS should be taking at least one private lesson a week during their season and continue that training during the winter if they aspire to increase their skill-sets or play skill positions such as pitcher and catcher. TBCNYC's One-on-One Training provides a foundation for success by offering reps, drills and ballistic power development, creating confidence and a fundamental understanding of the game.
Travel Ballers

The Baseball Center NYC has 20+ years of experience transitioning little league ballplayers into quality travel ballers. There is no "secret formula" for this, just quality coaching focused on patterns of movement, clear communication, with guidance on mental approach and the creation of excellent game time IQ.

The foundation of the program is to provide key performance indicators in a player's swing. The swings are broken into Pre-Impact and Post-Impact. The Pre-Swing provides the details of Swings Quality Scores, Swings Metrics, and Impact Metrics. The Post-Impact of Ball Fight displays the results of your swing.

Playing High School baseball in New York City is different than anywhere else in the Tri-State area. The Baseball Center NYC has a solid track record of training and assisting student athletes on their journey to some of the most respected colleges in the United States. Former TBCNYC players have found themselves playing ball at Yale, Brown, Columbia, University of Chicago, Vanderbilt and Oberlin College.
