Royal Gymnastics

This class is designed to give your child a strong gymnastics and acrobatic foundation. It is high energy class structured to keep the children moving through exercise courses and conditioning on the gymnastics events. Class begins with a warm up, including stretching and introduction to correct body positions, balance and alignment.

This class will introduce your little one to a wide variety of movements, colors and shapes that will help develop their cognitive functions and motor skills (Psychomotor Development). Our activities will utilize several mats with diverse shapes, colors and densities, as well as bars, floor exercise, balance beam, mini-tramp, vault and trampoline.

On this multi-level-in-one class program. Tumblers can learn through hard work and dedication while observing others performing more advanced skills. Practicing on their favorite equipment how to Tumble and Flip with our amazing teachers helping them, every step of the way. Kids learn new skills much easier when they are having fun and setting goals at the same time.
