The family owned and operated Hustler's Baseball School was founded in 1974. It is the oldest continuous Baseball School in the area. Mike Sheppard Sr. paid his dues working youth baseball, through high school, American Legion baseball and for 31 seasons as head coach at Seton Hall University with 998 wins.
Coach Sheppard has the most wins of any coach in Seton Hall University history and ranks him high in the all time collegiate records. He is a three-time Big East Coach of the Year, who led his team to 27 post season Big East and NCAA tournament appearances.
