Jon is the best computer technician I've ever worked with. In my opinion, Jon is the best value Austin has to offer for a home technician. He responds immediately to his emails. He may not be able to set up an appointment immediately but he will let you know that. Often, however, I've never waited any longer than 24 hours for an appointment. He's accessible, knowledgeable, patient, professional, affable and kind. Without reservation I recommend you call Jon to help you solve your computer issues in your home or business.

Jon is amazing. He has moved, repaired, set up and solved issues with all of our home office computers. We are in real estate and really wear our computers out and he keeps us running smoothly and flawlessly. Always helps us with product purchasing and comparisons. We are fortunate to get a referral from a neighbor who works out of his home, as well.

I feel so fortunate to have found Jon in my initial search for a personal computer expert. Many technicians specialize in just one area, but John has a great knowledge of services, applications and equipment. No-one is at their best when they are worried about their computers reliability. As well as being extremely knowledgeable and technically competent, Jon has amazingly reassuring demeanor, guaranteed to calm down even the most anxious customer! Jon responds very quickly to all requests and it is clear that customer satisfaction is his highest priority. I highly recommend him.
