I wish I could give these guys more stars. I have always been the type to try to do everything myself. I tried to set up the network when we recently moved into a 24,000sqft warehouse and quickly released i was not the right guy for the job. Our internet was constantly disconnecting , and it was really hurting production. I found Pretect, and within about a week and a half they had all new equipment installed and now my network is working perfectly. High speeds all over the warehouse, and the cost was much less than i expected it would be. They made it so easy! I would definitely recommend Pretect

Twice in the last few months I've called Zach with what what I considered to be a GIANT PROBLEM and he talked me off the ledge, calmly assessed the situtalion, quickly found a solution, and charged me a fair price. In the world of computer problem solvers, it doesn't get much better than that! He's also kind and never condescending to the technologically-challeneged. My experience with Zach was through my daughter who was looking for somebody to install an electronic device for her home.
This device was TED the energy detective. I am sure you have never heard of it and neither did Zach, but Zach went above and beyond and researched the product and communicated with theenergydetectives support and came up with a solution.
His service was timely and affordable and I and my daughter were the first installation of this product in the Austin area.
Everyone was telling me to get an electrician to install this electricity monitoring unit but after talking with Zach

I have used this company for almost a year and they were professional and knowlegable when I first started using them. Recently I have had recurring problems with my computer that they previously configured. I have left numerous messages with their answering service that they "claim" they never recieved and have spoken personally with zach and others at this company who set up appointments and assurances now four days ago that they rudely never followed up on. Additionally their cloud computer backup services never worked although my money was refunded. We are new to Austin and needed

Zac and Michael have been simply terrific at wrangling a difficult wifi and physical network for us at our business.
