Extremely poor customer service!!! I had Mario coming to my house to give me an estimate for installing security cameras. He was about an hour late stating he was coming from up north. Ok, I understood that even though I left work early to meet him. Upon arrival, He was very nice and respectful. However, It took him 10 days to get back to me; Only when I called to follow up as to where the estimate was, since he was 7 days late. He said he is not by his computer and he will get back to me. Add 2 more days and finally sent me a $2000( $1997 to be exact) estimate to install 8 cameras. Given the fact
