Dining In cooks out of the kosher certified kitchens at the Charleston JCC under the KCC (Kosher Commission of Charleston).
All food coming out of the kitchens that is KCC certified will be sealed and labeled as such. The KCC is the VAAD Hakashrus in Charleston, which is made of up of Rabbis from two local orthodox synagogues and the Chabad. Dining In also always has a mashgiach on staff. On top of kashrut, we work very hard to accommodate any special dietary restrictions, such as a nut or gluten allergy.

Who We Are

Dining In is Charleston's kosher catering company helmed by Marcie Rosenberg. Marcie knew she wanted to work with food since the second grade. She started working in the food industry when she was 16. By 21, she had graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York and moved to Charleston.
