Let me start by saying They never Answer patients parents phone calls . Expect to make more than 3 phone calls. And wait a long time for an emergency question answer .Also , Twice the medical asst have made an appointment for my babys vaccines and once I arrive they say I need to come back . Because the appointment is a mistake on their part. How annoying is thats . Why am I being asked to confirm the appointment then before hand .They also always forget to call me back when they promise to do so . Im thinking of switching. I love her pediatrician but Im not happy with the customer

I've been coming to South Coast pediatrics for years. The front office staff is great! This office has different DR's , but all of them are great. They do care about the patient. Kristine, Estrada, Sous, just to name a few, are always very kind, it seem they do enjoy what they do.

Dr. Jacob Wokstein is my childrens pediatrician and he is so loving & caring. He really takes care of them. I am so thankful for him because he has opened doors for my children to get the help they need. The staff there is sweet & efficient as well. I definitely recommend everyone to go here.

So my little brother ear is hurting. We went to check what was wrong and the doctor said it was because of an ear infection. He prescribed him some ear drops and we hoped that was the end of it. Well my brother now says he can't hear from his ear so i basically had to become a doctor at home. So i turned on my flashlight and see what was going on inside his ear. Sure enough his ear was clogged by wax.
Never in my life have i had so much anger pumping inside of me that i wanted to shout. So now we have to waste another day to book an appointment which is hard because the nurses usually don't answer

Great office, we just moved from another doctor because of the wait time. We were seen so fast at South Coast Pediatrics and we just love the staff and our nurse! My kids felt comfortable and at ease! Clean and Efficient office!
