Horrible customer service especially by phone. Calling for days to request Rx refill. After selecting the appropriate option from IVR system, I sat on hold for up to 30 minutes each time and NO ONE ever came in the line! Had to hang up. Inexcusable!! Our family has several doctors for various reasons and this is the only one we cannot get in touch with. Will be changing doctors ASAP!

I am very disappointed to have to leave this review. I had a telemedicine appointment with this office on Aug 6th 2020. They called, took my credit card co pay, the person on the phone asked why I scheduled the appointment, I said that their office called me and said I needed the followup. She raised her voice and said "she DID NOT CALL ME and why would I say that?" - Not interested in any more of the disgruntled employee, I hung up. I called back 5 minutes later to complain, and you have to leave a message, I left a message in three different mailboxes. A WEEK later I had not heard from them and
