I went into the office on a Wednesday morning to see if I qualify for mobile home. And Mike said he try to help us but would have to run the info & get back to us the next day! Well its been two weeks & I have not received a call nor a email! Home Source doesnt care about their customers, all it would is a call, to let me know yes or no!

Was there for just 2 minutes and I just walked right out, that older guy there has no idea what costumer service is. I wasn't even there long enough to find out his name but he was throwing so much negative attitude at me that I knew I didn't want to do business with him. And reading some of the other bad reviews on here it looks like I'm not the only one that has a problem with him. I'll go elsewhere for a mobile home.

My husband and I went here to see what it would take to get out on our own, and they have been extremely helpful and open with us about anything and everything that has come up along the way. Bob, the owner made us feel like he had our backs every step of the way. Overall, very good experience. :)

Not certain as to who answered the phone (older gentleman) but they definitely dont like their job enough to give potential customers the decency of having the right tone or consideration for the way they ask their discovery questions.

Wonderful honest people that will take you in and treat you like family. Great deals. They will let you live lease free in the shack while your house is being built and respect that you work overnight. Wink Wink, wink wink wink. I couldn't think of a nicer family. Wasnt very impressed with the customer service of this family owned and operated business. Returning messages and phone calls and lying to future customers is what they do best. If you don't pay them the money they want down before the bank gets involved then they hold your app and wont process you.( jacob) I hadnt even chosen a home and they insisted i give them 500 to 1000 just to process the application with the bank. They claim they don't get commission and maybe thats why they insist on getting cash before they do anything.
