Michelle Freeman and Ashley Richardson were so amazing to work with. We viewed the website prior to visiting them and knew what we were looking for because they made it so easy. Both of them have taken their time to answer our questions and make sure we understood everything. We bought a park home for our lot at Peninsula Point and they made the effort to get to know the resort and helped make everything so easy. I highly recommend them! Whenever we showed up they were very welcoming! We feel very blessed to have been able to work with the two of them!

Details matter when ordering your home. We visited other places before buying from Factory Expo and found that their level of service and attention to detail was the best anywhere by far. Sheila, Tony, and Ashley work hard to make sure you get exactly what you want at a price you can afford. They got ALL the details correct on our order the first time and when there were questions or concerns they favored on our side making sure we were happy. Even when we had a rain delay that was not their fault, Ashley made sure we got priority install the next possible window exceeding our expectation. Will

Just purchased a park model at Factory Expo. Michelle Freeman is very friendly and knowledgeable, and she handled our paperwork quickly and efficiently. Ashley Richardson immediately answered our financial questions. All the staff work well together to meet our needs. The entire experience was first rate. On top of that, they had the best prices around. Well worth the drive to Athens, Texas no matter where you live!!

Purchased our little "ca-sea-ta" from The Factory Expo Home Center in Athens, TX - Tim, Tony, Ashley and the delivery team all worked together to make our dream home a reality. The purchase of our park model was such a delightful, memorable and fun experience. Made contact with Tim Gannon one very late afternoon and I explained what we needed. This gentleman took his time to inform me on everything about park models, from how they are built, appliances, roofing, interior designs, delivery and price. And he also answered all of my questions. I told him we would be in Athens the following morning

My husband and I stopped in at Factory Expo Athens, TX for our son to ask some questions and were met at the door by Sheila Parker. She not only talked in detail about their product but spent an hour with us. We left that day wishing we had purchased our new home with Factory Expo! So many more options, much better quality and best of all very friendly and knowable staff. We did get out of the other deal and ordered our new home with Factory Expo! You would not ever regret working with the Factory Expo team, they are top notch in our minds.
