Buying experience was fine BUT, been 9 months and house still not completed/set up. Exterior is a mess. Argument between dealer and manufacturer as to who is responsible for completion/ repairs. Do not buy manufactured home unless you have to. This is 3rd manufactured home in my area this year with same set up issues. Different dealers, same manufacturer/Champion.

Whatever you do, do NOT purchase a home from this company. The whole company is a joke and we should have never trusted them to purchase our home from. Biggest REGRET of my life! Nothing but problem after problem and poor excuses. Still missing half of the stuff we paid for! They were very sneaky when doing the purchase order. Even the contractors complain about the company and the poor excuse for a manager so thats when you know its bad! Stay away!!!

TBMH staff are very helpful and friendly! They are very knowledgeable about the homes and they are very patient when they show you the homes. I recommend them to all of you who are in need of a modular home or mobile home. They made our home buying experience a great one!

This place is horrible, they sold a new home to a friend of mine and the refrigerator hasnt worked since they got the home delivered and the company said that its not their problem to deal with. I work for Audio-Video Plus and I went out and diagnosed that the compressor on the fridge is no good. Ill make sure to never have any of my customers go to this place
