Cassandra is a full time mobile yoga teacher, entrepreneur, yoga teacher trainer and mentor with over a decade of experience teaching yoga classes, workshops, teacher trainings and retreats both locally and internationally. Cassandra began her yoga journey as a wide eyed 22 year old young professional seeking a way to 'get in shape' and increase her flexibility.
