Services
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services address musculoskeletal conditions through customized treatment plans. Using hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced techniques, we help patients recover from injuries, reduce pain, and improve mobility. Each program focuses on restoring functional movement patterns and preventing future injuries through evidence-based interventions.
Sports Injury Prevention
Specialized programs identify movement deficiencies and implement corrective strategies to reduce sports-related injury risks. Through biomechanical analysis and performance assessments, we develop sport-specific training protocols that enhance athletic performance while minimizing injury potential for both recreational and competitive athletes.
Dry Needling
Certified therapists use thin filament needles to target trigger points in muscle tissue, releasing tension and improving circulation. This technique effectively treats chronic muscle pain, improves range of motion, and accelerates recovery by addressing soft tissue dysfunction at its source through neurophysiological mechanisms.
Running Analysis
Comprehensive video analysis evaluates running mechanics to identify inefficiencies and injury risks. By assessing foot strike patterns, cadence, and joint alignment, we develop corrective exercise programs that improve performance metrics while reducing repetitive stress injuries in runners of all experience levels.
Post-Surgical Rehabilitation
Structured rehabilitation programs follow ACL reconstruction and other orthopedic surgeries. Our phased approach combines progressive strengthening, joint mobility work, and functional training to restore pre-injury capabilities while adhering to surgical protocols for optimal tissue healing and long-term joint stability.

Bull City PT redeemed my faith in PT! As someone who has pain stemming from a PT injury, I was not interested in going back to physical therapy. But because of years of pain, my physician told me I had to. Thankfully, I found Bully City Physical Therapy. Colten has made sure I felt safe no matter what exercise he gives me. Not only have I made so much progress over the last couple months, Bull City PT makes sessions convenient and fun. I highly, highly recommend Colten and Bull City PT!

I had a great experience at Bull City PT with Colten! Dr. Colten and Bull City PT are amazing for many reasons such as being respectful, clear, and easy to work with, but are exceptionally amazing because they helped me cross my first marathon finish line while staying healthy. Colten is genuine and I think he truly wants to do right by his clients. If you are looking for a sign to go to PT, this is it! Go to PT and go here.

After struggling for 3 years to find a solution to continuous knee and shoulder pain from sports injuries, Dylan and Colten were the ones to help me finally solve it. The PTs here place an emphasis on giving you routines that are both effective and time efficient - no huge lists of exercises that I often struggled to stick with in the past. They also go to great lengths to make sure you understand why what you are doing is helping your specific problem, which greatly increased my motivation to work them on my own time. I worked with Dylan in particular after onboarding with Colten - Dylan really

I came to Bull City Physical Therapy after seeking a second opinion with my physical therapy. I had gone to another clinic in town and had received the dismaying news that certain activities would no longer be available to me due to my ankle injury. As I am relatively young, I was horrified that this was the recommendation I was receiving so I looked for a new doctor to help me get back to 100%. I found Colten and Bull City through Google reviews and they all were overwhelmingly positive. I decided to give it a try and am so thankful that I did.

Went to Bull City for achilles tendonitis after trying for several months to fix it myself. I should have gone in much sooner! Dylan was super helpful, he made easy to follow exercise plans, and identified some mobility issues that explained a lot of issues I had been having. What I appreciated the most was that he was realistic on what could and could not be fixed easily, and frequently cited what current research showed was most effective (while not promising miracle cures). Definitely recommend Bull City Physical Therapy!
