Services
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services address musculoskeletal conditions through personalized treatment plans. We treat sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain using manual techniques and therapeutic exercises. Patients benefit from one-on-one care with board-certified therapists who develop customized programs to restore mobility and reduce discomfort.
Vestibular Rehabilitation
Specialized balance therapy addresses dizziness and instability caused by inner ear disorders. Our certified specialists create individualized treatment plans for conditions like vertigo and concussion-related balance issues. Treatment includes customized exercises to improve equilibrium and reduce fall risk through evidence-based vestibular rehabilitation techniques.
Dry Needling
Certified clinicians perform dry needling to treat muscle pain and dysfunction. This technique targets trigger points to relieve tension and improve range of motion. Combined with traditional physical therapy, it effectively addresses chronic pain conditions and sports-related muscle injuries through precise neuromuscular interventions.
Blood Flow Restriction
Blood flow restriction training enhances muscle strength with reduced load stress. Using specialized cuffs, we safely restrict blood flow during low-intensity exercises. This innovative approach accelerates recovery from injuries and surgeries while maintaining muscle mass during rehabilitation periods.
Sports Performance Training
Elite sports performance programs focus on agility, power, and injury prevention. Certified specialists deliver small-group training with individualized attention. Our evidence-based approach develops speed, strength, and endurance for high school athletes through scientifically validated performance enhancement techniques.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. My doctor requested I go and see if they could help me however they were very open and honest with me and let me know from the get go that they couldnt which I respect the fact that they were not trying to take my money for continued services when I truly did not need it. Heather Smith was a delight to work with even after the initial visit she followed up with me several times trying to help me even though it was beyond her expertise. She showed me more care than my own doctors have. Doctors today have forgotten about customer service

I have been going to Orthopedic Physical Therapy Associates for many years. I have had 3 right shoulder surgeries, this last one being a reverse total shoulder replacement surgery; 2 left shoulder surgeries and one left ankle surgery. I am so glad that I found Olivier Chassin. He is an excellent therapist, very knowledgeable, stays with you all the time, encouraging you to keep going and work harder even when you don't want to, but at the same time he is gentle. He knows exactly what he is doing. Besides, he is the nicest person. The staff is very courteous and the place is very clean and spacious

The entire office has been great! My daughter (4) is greeted by name when she walks in the door and all of the physical therapists are friendly and cheerful. We have been going twice a week for a few weeks and my daughter is always so excited to see Morgan! Her confidence has grown exponentially and we have seen significant improvements in just a few weeks! I cannot recommend this office enough!
