Absolutely LOVE this place! Has VERY nice walking/ biking trails. Quiet area. And everything is new. Also, the leasing managers are a pleasure working with.
A lot of the negative reviews seem to surround the ancillary fee which is slightly funny because they mention it in numerous places. Take a moment to just look at the application and you'll see it. Despite that- I would agree adding the ancillary fees (cable, internet, valet trash) in an a la carte way would be a welcomed option.
Price for the apartments are VERY competitive for what you get. I did all my market research between Jun-Aug 2020

Since I can't state 0. Firstly, I advised the office upon move in of issues with the door to my laundry room as well to my patio, and received no further discussion. I sent an unanswered follow up email. Since their office is only open during normal weekday office hours (while I'm working) and my dog is quite antsy with strangers coming into my apartment while I'm not there, I made due keeping my fingers crossed it would be an issue on move out. Which wasn't brought up at move out. Actually nothing was. I wasn't advised of the massive balance due until I received a threatening email regarding collections

I have to say I have lived here twice and love it. The two ladies who currently work in the office are always so welcoming and willing to help with any questions and concerns I have. After living here with multiples managers, I can say these two ladies know exactly what they are doing and truly make my experience here wonderful. They are part of the reason I choose to stay here.

The apartments and the grounds look great and its in a great location but just beware that when you go to them for a quote they won't tell you upfront that your also going to be charged an extra $175 ancillary fee, mainly for trash, cable and internet but also for a bunch of other stuff that you will more than likely never use, or for things that should be just apart of renting an apartment, such as 24 hr emergency maintenance, and active building access to pay your rent and submit work orders.

Picking an apartment complex was stress free all thanks to Ali and Lora. They made every step quick, convenient and as smooth as possible. As far as the complex goes, You know you did good when most of your visitors start off by sayin "do you live in a hotel or something" . Would've been 5 if I had more say on the ancillary fee. Perhaps A la carte fashion. Another thing I really wish is we had recycling centers within the complex. Other than that, it's been a wonderful experience.

DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. I have lived here for two years now and If it weren’t for the fact of me needing to stay within a certain area in the school district for my daughter I would NOT still be here. The property manager is no help what so ever, not to mention they are on their fifth property manager within my short time living here. The home office will add fee’s to your account for anything and everything that they can think of, then it’s impossible to get a call back from anyone, in order to get routine maintenance, (that should already automatically be taken care of living in a

Moved in recently at Heritage Preserve. This is a great place to live in. Great location, awesome neighborhood. I Had to move quickly, the manager was beyond helpful. In a couple of days, she was able to move me and my daughter to our new home. She was outstanding and went out of her way to make it happen
