We moved into Latham back in February, and we absolutely love it! The office staff is by far the best apartment staff I have ever seen in an apartment complex. They are always super friendly and most importantly super organized! The apartments are extremely nice as well. We moved into our apartment brand new, so everything was perfect in it.

I have lived at The Square at Latham Park for 4 years. I have had a fantastic experience with both the property and staff. Each apartment is spacious with lots of storage, granite countertops, stainless appliances and even a One Car attached garage.. We have a great clubhouse with a nice workout facility, year round swimming pool and Starbucks Coffee. The property managers are very friendly and professional, and the maintenance team top notch. I would highly recommend, The Square at Latham Park for anyone looking for a professional environment and a great location.

Karen was incredibly friendly, helpful, patient and efficient in setting us up in an apartment home. In addition, she showed us the amenities and grounds that sets The Square at Latham Park apart from so many others.
The apartment was very spacious, with many fine finishes, stainless steel appliances, cable, WiFi, security system and more, as well as an attached garage.
Amenities were extraordinary, including a year round pool, gym, walking paths, and a very comfortable clubhouse complete with a Starbucks machine that provides freshly ground and brewed coffee on demand.

It is a beautiful community and management really cares about the residents. There are events, food trucks, resident appreciation days etc..... the apartments are spacious and very nice. This morning our A/C wasn’t working and even though the office was closed today they brought us 2 portable A/C units to use until they get someone in to fix ours! I highly recommend living here, we couldn’t be happier!

This was the perfect community to call home during our 6 month transition of selling our house & moving out of state. The apartment was spacious, functional and had tons of storage. The office staff & maintenance folks are helpful, friendly & care about their tenants. Loved having food trucks stop in for convenient take out meals. We highly recommend The Square at Latham Park. Moved in December of last year, by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in, and I’ve definitely had my fair share. The apartments are beautiful, well taken care of and if there are any issues it’s really easy to request maintenance and they are very fast at responding/getting stuff fixed. The neighborhood itself has such a “home” feeling.… Everyone is very friendly, kids playing, dogs being walked, neighbors talking. We love it here. The property managers in the office are very nice as well. They really care about you and the apartments in general. We will

I love it here. You never get attached garages with rentals and that was one of the reasons I moved here 5 months ago; I can walk from my car right into my kitchen and I don’t have to shovel snow off of it in the winter. I live on the first floor and I hear noise in the apartment above me, but that comes with apartment living. I think the office… staff are kind, courteous and professional. They are quick to respond to any inquiries/requests, as are the maintenance staff. Would love to see more trees and grass that looks like grass, but hopefully those are on the agenda. Four stars

This place is so unprofessional. Some of the employees are condescending and rude, they treat you like they are above you. They have given repeated excuses for their lack of cleanliness in their common areas. Perks that they originally have stated to get you to move in are abruptly taken away. If I could not just not recommend this place but give them negative stars I would.

This is the perfect apartment. Attached garage, spacious living areas overlooking a pond with ducks and egret and blue heron. We even have a meditation labyrinth and a walking path that meanders around the complex and also takes you to an adjoining nature preserve. The office staff and maintenance team are professional, friendly and act over and above in performing their duties.The owner/developer is a hands-on guy, a pleasant surprise for the apartment world. I could not be happier with my home here at Latham Park.

My fiancé and I moved in almost 1 year ago and love living here! The apartments are beautiful with granite and stainless steel appliances. I especially like the walk-in shower in the master bathroom, storage space, and attached garage! The community is quiet, safe, friendly, and dog friendly. The only downside for me is that the walking paths aren’t well lit at night, but I still feel safe and that doesn’t stop me from taking my dog out or living here. Overall a wonderful community to live in!

I have lived here for about 4 months. The apartments are spacious and the appliances are Divine! As with all new construction there can be some quirks but any problems we have had the maintenance man has come right over and fixed it. The office staff is friendly and fun. There is always something going on in the community to join in on. Free donuts on Sunday is my hubby’s favorite! The pool is nice as a year around place to relax in too. I like the mix of family types and seniors too.

Beautiful, spacious apartment! I love the attached garage. It is a car-and-a-half, so plenty of parking for my van and there is still storage space. I love that I pay one price, garage and cable/internet are included! This made it a better value than other apartments in the area. Everything is a little pricey, but I expected that and am willing to pay for the schools.
The amenities were a nice surprise, and the year round pool is great! The only maintenance issue that I've had was handled promptly and professionally. The clubhouse is available for private events, and I have not had any issues

Latham is a great apartment complex to live in, and what you see is what you get. They have great amenities in the clubhouse with Starbucks coffee, a year round pool, and brand new workout equipment in their workout facility. The apartments are great as well. Super nice interior finishes with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. I… have lived in 4 different apartment complexes and the staff at Latham is by far the best I’ve ever seen. Attentive and friendly office staff. Quick maintenance service. The kitchen appliances are incredibly high quality. The walking paths connect to miles of trails, so it’s perfect for dogs. The all season pool is a really awesome perk I’ve never seen before. I love that it’s so quiet out here, such a nice change from downtown. Overall very pleased with my time here the past 9 months!
