Landmark Lofts

I have lived in many apartment complexes and would recommend living here. I originally was looking for a 3-5mo short term lease in the Dublin/Hilliard area and came across landmark lofts. (Although I was told they are only offering 6+mo leases now) Pricing was decently reasonable for the short term lease and the amenities/ location you got with this complex. Since moving in I ended up renewing my lease a couple times and planned to stay even longer but starting the new year 2022 my rent went up significantly. Maintenance had a slight communication issue but the property manager (Leon) spoke with me directly and addressed the issue at hand professionally

I moved in temporarily, and the staff have been so welcoming! I love the communicating on the website and emails, 24/7 package pick up, my dog loves the treats by the coffee bar. It’s been a pleasure!

It started out great! I will say they do a great job responding with service calls in my experience. Leon is a great property manager. They’ve had a lot of turnover in that area and finally got on a good one. They’ve changed their policy with the clubhouse which stinks. We used to go in and hang out with friends in that space and it was a great space. Now you have an extremely high deposit. But all in all I’ve loved living in the Lofts. Great location in old Hilliard!!

At the end of my term they tore the carpet out, found a stain on the underside of the carpet and claimed the entire apartment needed re-carpeted/sealed. No proof of damage to the floor underneath. ~$900 dollars of move out charges for one stain that could have been professionally cleaned out.
Policy is to replace the carpet of entire unit and pass as much cost on to the previous tenant as possible. Not a good place to live 0 stars.

Looks nice on the outside but terribly run. My boyfriend lived here for almost 3 years & there was a new property manager like every six months. He paid rent on time every month & his last month there, they turned off his auto-pay without notice and charged a late fee. Maybe give a heads up that your auto pay will be turned off so it won't be paid late? We called and they told us nothing could be done. Then hit him with a $900 move out charge for replacing carpets that were in great condition. We have photos of the carpet the day we moved out and there are no surface level stains. But on their

I would give Landmark lofts a 5/5 for the time we lived here, however after we moved out, they decided to charge us $1,000 to replace the carpet. We had one small (less than 6 inch) tear in the carpet by the wall from our puppy. Very steep and shady charge. We also had to call them to ask if we had any charges as they did not let us know and our access to the online rent portal (rentcafe) has been revoked.

Great quiet place to live. It has a warm community feel and neighbors will wave to each other as they pass on the street. Layout is an open concept and spacious. Leon the maintenance team is friendly, responsive, thorough, and efficient. Always goes above and beyond.. Hunter and Brittany in the leasing office are nice and knowledgeable, always willing to help you in any way they can. One of the best parts to living here is the fact that you're so close to Old-Hilliard. Overall , it's a wonderful place to live. The cost of the rent is defiantly affordable too!

Management takes forever to respond to emails, so you have to send them twice since it appears only 2 people in the entire office even answer them.
The dog waste stations are not maintained well. There have been numerous times where dog waste is overflowing for multiple days and there are no replacement dog bags.
Apartments are built very cheap, paint on walls and cabinets chip very easily so be careful. I think they choose the type of cheap paint so scratching it is inevitable, and so they can charge you so much when you move.
