Left hearing worked fine on bluetooth but only on bluetooth. David went right to the problem & replaced the small white filter behind the ear plug. He explained that I needed a part that Siemens had but he did not. His temporary fix made a slight improvement and there was no charge!!! I moved from
Calif & did not have a local placevto go but I will be seeing Dave @ Audibel again as soon as my insurance entitles me to a new set of hearing aids.

I have been with David Ruark for years. I went to him for the ringing in my ears. It was getting so bad that I couldn't concentrate. After David set me up with the newest type of hear ads I could finally hear what people were saying. They are hooked up to my I-Phone and I'm able to adjust the volume the different places I am in like in my car, office, Restaurant, TV and best of all Tinnitus for the ringing in my ears.
David and Tawna are like my family. Tawna always greets me went I come in with a smile and is just a sweetheart. David makes me feel so comfortable and spends quality time with me

My brother told me about Audibel and David Ruark one morning while having breakfast at a nearby restaurant. I went to the Audibel store right after and they promptly set me up with an appointment. David's assistant Tawna was very helpful. When ever I have a problem Tawna always finds a way to squeeze me into their schedule. I have been very happy with the service they provide at Audibel in West Jordan.
