My biggest challenge was hearing and understanding people when they talked. I had hearing aids for over 8 years when my hearing got bad enough that I was having trouble hearing my students. I taught at the University. I needed to hear my students when they had questions. I retired 6 years ago and had found I didn't have a classroom of students to listen to. I would HIGHLY recommend Timp Hearing and Balance . I had my consult appt today 12/20/21 and I cant tell you the last time I had a customer service experience this good. I went back to see the Dr immediately upon arriving on time. He was thorough and 1000% couldve recommended a treatment plan for my mild hearing loss and tinnitus. But instead of taking advantage of my wallet, he was honest and sincere. He told me he didnt think I was ready for hearing aids yet and wanted to monitor my hearing annually. Dr. Garrett came to us as a referral from a family friend & he has been wonderful to work with. He was super good with my little girl (8yrs old) & explained everything in a way even she could understand.
