I had a very positive experience with Appraisals Unlimited. The appraiser was incredibly professional and knew a lot about the area I'm init's a historic town, but not many people know the facts. I was also impressed with the appraiser's knowledge of the excellent school system in my town. Letting a stranger into your home can feel intrusive, but I felt 100% comfortable the whole time. Would highly recommend!
