First, they are very good at real estate -- we were moving from out of town. We met them as we began the process, and they took the time (actually insisted) to go talk through what we were interested in, potential areas we could choose and other factors to… consider. We then did a tour of the areas we'd selected, seeing a few home and also getting a little feel for the places. We then were in our prior home for about 6 weeks, and Chris and Tramy put us on a distribution list for listings and updates. They

Chris and Tramy and the entire team at Hughes are wonderful. Their positivity, responsiveness, support, and knowledge can't be beat. We bought our condo with Chris 3.5 years ago, and had a great experience then; we ended up selling sooner than we thought because of a job out of state but Chris and Tramy were there every step of the way. It's a shame we can't use them on our next purchase out of state too :).
