Power Kickboxing offers regularly-scheduled Cardio Kickboxing, Kickboxing Training, Body Conditioning Classes and Personal Training. Unlike the alternative fitness kickboxing and cardio kickboxing classes, we focus on proper technique and form so that each student gets the maximum benefit from a workout.

Our signature, Yelp 5-Star-Rated class! A high intensity full body workout inspired by kickboxing, using punches and kicks, set to great music that will keep you going and burning calories. We spend 10 to 15 minutes to learn and practice the moves to make sure you do it right before we move to the music for a 30-minute high intensity workout.

Originally starting her fitness career as a certified Tae Bo instructor, Junko Adler delivers a unique hybrid fitness platform that engages power, precision and endurance. Her Yelp 5-star-rated cardio kickboxing program is based on over 20 combined years of Tae Bo training under Billy Blanks and kickboxing training under professional kickboxer Jermaine "JJ" Soto.
