Very professional. Chimney sweep, Peter, did an excellent job. He put done tarps all over so no dirt on floor or carpeting. All staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Would recommend them.

I am so impressed! I called yesterday to arrange for a service call for a fireplace that wouldnt light. Brandon suggested a DIY fix to try first to save me the service fee. It worked like a charm! They didnt do the original install, but based on the integrity of this brief encounter I would recommend them and use them in the future. Thank you!

Peter Webster assessed the install and helped me understand everything from beginning to end. No matter the challenge, he kept a fun smile on his face the entire time, explaining everything being done and every step. I felt extremely comfortable having such a professional install my fireplace insert, especially the amount of detail I was given to understand the ins and outs of my new system. The service and quality by far exceeded any expectation I had. I will be recommending them to anyone I can in the future for all their needs.

Fire Place Ltd is absolutely wonderful in all aspects. From the first time I called for help with gas fireplace to the day that Taylor came out to install the new glass front on my gas fireplace. He was so kind and neat. I didnt even have to clean up after he left. Every question was answered completely and with patience. I recommend them whole heartedly for any fireplace needs. Thank you!!
