I was referred to this company by the manufacturer of a fireplace that they are a dealer for. I just called them to buy a part for a fireplace, and they said they would not service me(or talk to me) unless they did the install. I'm not sure of their installation business but as far as someone to call simply to buy a part they are not helpful at all. They wouldnt even tell me anything about the part so i could find it on my own, that would require a manager to call me back per the store.

This guy examined my chimney and install a cap and make a recommendation for what else I to do. Great job! Also notice that my gutters were clogged with debris and took it apon himself to clean them all free of charge
