Inshore trips take place in the intracostal water ways of the breath taking Sarasota and Tampa Bay. Captain Wes will take you fishing on the luscious grass flats and mangrove islands targeting Redfish, Snook, and Trout. Sarasota Bay is also full of artificial reefs which hold a variety of Snapper, Grouper and many other species.
We also run Nearshore trips off the beach of Anna Maria Island to natural and artificial reefs where we target Grouper, Snapper, Cobia, Hogfish, Kingfish and many other species. All of these trips are ran on our 2003 Carolina Skiff 238 semi V powered by a 2018 Suzuki 150 Fourstroke. Minn Kota ipilot, 8ft powerpole, 65 gallon bait well, garmin gps, lowrance bottom machine, 2 65 qt coolers, and a T Top for those hot Florida summers.

You captain will provide a safe boating experience along with all of the required tackle, rods and reels, bait and licensing needed for a fun day of fishing. It is suggested you bring drinks, snacks, sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, hats and long sleeve shirts to protect you from the HOT Florida Sun.

We look forward to getting on the water with you!. We work in many areas, but our home waters are around Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Florida. That gives us access to Sarasota and Tampa Bay as well as some offshore opportunities. Drinks, snacks, food, shoes (there are hooks on deck from time to time) sunglasses, a hat and a smile!

Today was one for the books, I had the pleasure of fishing with my good buddy Opie from Vermont. Boy did we have a good time, he even let me catch a few. It was definitely a scorcher out there today, but the fishing was also on fire around Anna Maria Island. Anna Maria Island has been battling some serious issues of false reports, and heresay of red ride.
