Arriving at the dock, you will be able to park your car within steps from the Snapper Addict II. Once your personal items are stowed, Captain Layne will go through a short safety debarkation spiel. At this time if you did forget something, there is a Ship Store at the marina. After any questions are answered, the lines are tossed and you're off.

Tony's Seasoning in the green can I have substituted Everglades seasoning, Old bay, or any other kind of blends to suit your taste. Salt and pepper work too. Pretty simple recipe. Get your oil hot in a pan. I put mine on med/hi. While that's warming up, cut your fish to whatever size bites you want.

Please call direct. Restaurants on Anna Maria Island that cook your catch. Most of these places will cook you catch multiple ways (fried, blackened, grilled), and come with 2 sides for 10-15$. I'm going to list them in no particular order. All have Live music. If you have a restaurant that still does cook your catch, I will be happy to add you.

What are your rates? My rates start at $500 for two people for four hours. Every additional hour is $100. Every additional person is $50. Do you do split Charters?
