Apex Home Care is a Springfield Massachusetts-based, family-owned home care agency that offers non-medical home care services. Services include personal care, light housekeeping, prescription pick-up and grocery shopping. We help ensure that the evolving needs of each client are addressed according to their individual plan of care and regularly supervise the services our caregivers provide.

Apex develops an individualized care plan, initiated and overseen by an RN, to ensure that we fulfill the specific needs of each client and their family. We ensure consistency of care within each client's home.
