Strong Style Martial Arts is your #1 choice for Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Fort Bend! We offer both kids and adult classes at convenient times. Our kids program focuses on developing confidence, discipline, and leadership skills through martial arts training.

Students progress through our belt ranking system by demonstrating Strong Style characteristics, mastering martial arts techniques, and participating in competitions or demonstrations.We incorporate speed and agility training into our classes to properly develop hand eye coordination, proper footwork, and quickness.

Our fun and challenging kickboxing classes are for all fitness types and any experience level. We always start with a warm up to get your blood flowing.

Our kids learn the same techniques the adults do but with a focus on discipline, attitude, teamwork and leadership. We use body weight exercises, grappling dummies, soft kickshields, child specific mitts and blockers to teach various kicks, punches and knee strikes. As with many martial arts, the progress of the student is marked with a series of belts, with the ultimate goal to attain a black belt.

Coach Rich carries over 20 years of grappling experience and is accompanied by a group of accomplished instructors, who have many accomplishments nationally and internationally in both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Strong Style Martial Arts is an affiliate of Jeremy Mahon's W4R Training Center and is recognized as one of the best BJJ/ MMA schools in the area.
