A cooperative preschool is a non-profit organization in which parents administer, establish policy, direct the school procedure and participate in the daily school routine. VPNS & ACCP employ highly qualified teachers and teacher's aides. Our teachers have earned their preschool teaching credentials as mandated by the State of California.
Parents assist the teachers in the classroom, participate in all aspects of the school and help the daily school routine. We are a play-based preschool for children between the ages of 2 years, 9 months through their pre-kindergarten year.

Vallejo Parent Nursery School and American Canyon Co-op Preschool provides a creative play-based environment with arts & crafts, music, stories, and both indoor and outdoor play under competent supervision, while preparing children for kindergarten. Through play children are encouraged to be curious, to observe and begin to understand the world in which they live.
