Dermatology Associates has served the Greater Louisville community for over 25 years. Conveniently located in the east end of Louisville, we are a full-service dermatology practice dedicated to providing solutions for all of your skin care needs. We specialize in diseases of the skin, hair and nails.
All physicians in our practice are Fellows of the American Academy of Dermatology and are certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Our physicians provide adult and pediatric dermatology, as well as surgery for both benign and malignant skin lesions. Dr. West performs Mohs micrographic surgery, an advanced surgical technique for completely removing skin cancers with the smallest possible scar.

There is a traffic light at the end of the ramp. Turn left at the traffic light onto Cannons Lane and travel approximately.8 mile to the traffic light (you will be able to see our building on the right prior to approaching the light, however there is no access from Cannons Lane). At the light, turn right onto Dutchmans Lane and travel.1 mile then immediately turn right onto Klempner Way.

Medical Dermatology

Medical dermatology specializes in diseases of the skin, hair, and nails. We treat a full spectrum of conditions and diseases involving all aspects of the skin. Our office is also able to provide on-site phototherapy (UVA, UVB) and photodynamic therapy (PDT) also known as Blue Light to treat conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, vitiligo, and pre-cancerous changes in the skin (actinic keratosis).

Dermatology Associates provides both medical and aesthetic cosmetic dermatology. We have a comprehensive cosmetic skin care center staffed by our physicians and two full time licensed estheticians. Our center offers an extensive selection of cosmetic services that can be coordinated with your medical skin care for healthy, youthful skin.

Our office provides comprehensive surgical care for dermatological conditions. We perform surgery for both benign and malignant skin lesions, growths, and moles. All of our board-certified dermatologists are experienced and have expertise in advanced dermatologic surgery. Additionally, Dr. Andrew West performs Mohs micrographic surgery, an advanced surgical technique for removing skin cancers with minimal scars.
