The Records Department is in dire need of help! My STD was not approved due to their lack of attention, urgency and knowledge. As a patient, no one should have to spend time following up trying to get records on what the Insurance company had already requested, but couldnt get for numerous reasons and I was even told they were sent. A mess. When you are off you are supposed to be recovering not talking with individuals each telling you a different story. This is shameful and an embarrassment to the medical community. 3 weeks Ive been giving the run around for 3 weeksssssss !!!!! whoever is answering the phone they are not communicating with each other everyone I speak to keep saying Im going to put a note in someone will call you back that is so inconvenient. the person i spoke to she acted like she didnt care she didnt show no empathy I keep getting rescheduled for my appointment Im so disappointed in Nortons Im definitely on the search for a new doctor and I will not return Im not satisfied what so ever. The sad part is Ive been with Nortons since I had my son yall delivered
