C&L Music, Inc. is dedicated to educating and inspiring musicians through an interesting and cultivating curriculum that examines many aspects of musical technique and performance. Located in Fremont, California, C&L Music is committed to music education. We have been serving customers since 1993. We initially opened as a music instrument wholesaler, serving and supplying music stores worldwide.
As time passed, friends in the Fremont community continued to ask that we open a retail location to provide a dedicated and reliable local alternative to other music stores here in Fremont. Finally in 2001 we opened our retail store, with the business philosophy to make music affordable to everyone, and accessible to every child in our community.

Instruments for purchase and rental are available at C&L at a wide range of price points. We offer a variety of makes and models that are suitable for beginner to advanced players. Rental instruments for band and orchestra are presented at reasonable rates, making learning an instrument affordable and fun.

We also have all the instrument accessories you will ever need including: Mouthpieces, Reeds, Ligatures, Cork Grease, Valve oil, Cleaning Swabs, Mouthpiece Brushes, Marching Instrument Lyres, Music Stands, Guitar Strings, Capos, and soo much more. Certain books from specific publishers may need to be special ordered.

We have instructors for all band and orchestra instruments including, but not limited to, flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, horn, trombone, violin, cello, piano, voice, percussion and guitar! For younger students just entering elementary school, piano or percussion lessons are an excellent entry point for their musical education, giving them a good foundation for a future on any instrument.
