Mr. Trujillo (founder) was born the eleventh son to a family of thirteen in the small community of villa Victoria in Michoacan, Mexico. From his home, Tino ventured to the University of Mexico City where he studied economics and was employed by the Mexican government in various capacities.

In 1966, Mr. Trujillo become a Citizen of the United Stated after serving the U.S. Army and working for General Motors Company. Today, We are here to serve you and provide a dining experience you will enjoy.
