Through self-compassion, slow the voice of your inner critic and learn to work with your thoughts instead of against them. Discover how you can attend to your health without pursuing weight loss - and how weight and health aren't as related as you might think. Learn to recognize and respond to your body's natural hunger and fullness cues - and discover what foods you actually like that also make you feel good.
Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, we deal with difficult thought patterns, unresolved problems, and the struggle against change, all of which can get in the way of living a fulfilling life. I work with you to find the source of your struggles, to discover your inherent self-worth just as you are, and to disentangle your authentic self from the person you think you are supposed to be.
Couples Therapy

We will find the root of your struggles through exploration of the stories and experiences from across each of your lives. We'll discover the why behind it all and find answers to your questions ("Why do they act like that?" "How could they do that to me?"). You will learn how to communicate honestly and effectively, resolve old conflict, and connect through meaningful moments of mutual understanding during our sessions.
