I have evolved tremendously with this program being helpful on a recovery level and and my daily life skills. This program has changed my way of thinking from positive affirmations to a gratitude list and changing my mindset on a daily basis. Its also helped me embrace my mental illness. My therapist Tonya helped me spread my wings and made me more determined, more focused and goal oriented on myself my future and my recovery and the entire staff played a big role in my life changing style.

This place transitions I call home. Although Ive been here three times I have been successful to get some recovery time. The many times Ive been here I have always been treated with respect and dignity. The staff shows the compassion and genuine care and love because thats the right thing to do. I was at Transitions years ago and it was a life changing experience. While working with a young woman who was unable to stay sober, I reached out to Transitions (years after my time there) to see if they could help her.
