To keep you and your loved ones safe, know that we have taken all recommended state and medical association precautions. If you are a new patient, print and fill out the new patient paperwork and bring it with you to initial appointment. Sneezing, watery eyes, and/or sinus pain/pressure that is unusual and not related to seasonal allergies.

Dr. Rothman received his undergraduate education at Ithaca College, receiving a bachelor's degree in biology. He then went on to continue his education at Columbia University studying Post Graduate General Studies and Research. He attended medical school at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where he graduated from in 1989.

If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
New Patients

During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. We accept most insurances. List of current prescriptions and/or over-the-counter medication, including dose and frequency. You are responsible for co-payments or charges that are not covered by your insurance.
