Probably the practice is new, (giving excuses is the best training), many operation challenges, multiple answering services (outsourced), staff shortages, telephones don't get answered, ordered twice incomplete lab requests, privacy issues with exam rooms thin walls (anyone can hear other patients' private, very-personal health issues), long waits, and so on... definitely time to look for a more reliable team to continue a previous successful treatment of ~4 years which they were against to continue. If you want to learn the real story, select "lowest" ratings, those are true, non-purchased reviews

The worst service received, I called to make an appointment as a new patient and the one that attended me was super rude, she put me on hold every two minutes and had me waiting for more than 15 minutes in Hold on the phone. they are treated with respect and professionalism first and foremost. They must be a little more concerned with the patients. And to complete I hang up the phone and he did not confirm the appointment and he did not make the appointment, I mean, very bad service.

These people did not listen to a word I said, offered absolutely no help in any area, seemed to care only about hitting my insurance and other random costs. Paid for absolutely nothing except a waste of my time and more hatred for the healthcare system. DO NOT come to these people for help!

ZERO stars (even though it wouldn't let me post this without falsely giving them one star). this is the absolute *worst* medical experience I've ever had. every person I encountered was highly unprofessional, nearly to the point of breaking HIPA laws. I have never been so embarrassed in a doctor's office in my entire life. If I had to choose between staying sick and this being the only game in town? I'd stay sick. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I LOVE seeing Dr. NP Jessie. She is so nice and explains thing really well and is so patient with me when Im having trouble with words. The appointments are always on time, never rushed, and shes funny, amicable, and so so knowledgeable. She tells you what tests shes ordering and why and always explains the results in detail and is really encouraging when talking about the next steps. Im never scared of seeing her even though Im scared of most doctors. She really makes me feel comfortable. Best Doc Ever. Also the office is so clean and so beautiful like it is the best doctor office

They were very nice and calming. I got my covid test done with Farrah, she was good at explaining everything to me and telling me that everything was going to be okay. The doctor was also great. They all care for your health and want to make sure youre okay.

I'm very frustrated with this practice. I picked Dr. Phillips because of the positive reviews but in July I was informed by my insurance that she is no longer contracted with cigna Medicare. I called the office and they reassure me that she will renew her contract in August. I HAD TO CANCEL UPCOMING PROCEDURES BECAUSE OF THIS. Now I'm told by the office I have to wait to October. This is overwhelming to me. I don't recommend this practice
